Caitlyn Tanner is a pharmacist, athlete, entrepreneur, science enthusiast, wife and mother of two. After nearly two decades of practice in the medical field helping treat chronic illness, she developed a passion for disease prevention through promoting healthy habits and lifestyle changes. Having experienced her own health issues and challenges with forming healthy habits, she sought to connect with people in an authentic, candid and practical way through her writing. With this book she hopes to help and inspire people to take control of their health. When she isn’t testing the limits of her abilities with things like swimming Alcatraz, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro or practicing her hand-stand walk, you can find her outside on a leisurely jog with her running partner, the family dog.
